Paper Presentation Rules

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PAPER PRESENTATION

• Each team consists of Maximum 2 members only.
• Only soft copies should be sent through the specified e-mail id.


• Abstract should not exceed one page.


• Total number of words of the paper should not exceed 1500 words.


• Soft copy must be in IEEE format.

• Date of intimation is                                : before 7th march 2013


• All communications will be through email / phone.


• ID card is must for the participants.


• Presentation will be 8 minutes which is followed by a question and answer section for 2 minutes.


• The participant’s email ID and contact number should be mentioned in the soft copy.


• Decisions of judges are final.
